Milford Sports Center opened their operation in Milford, MA in the Spring of 2010.  Their major competitor was well established indoor sports center that had been one of the first indoor sports facility in the area, specializing in soccer and other field games.  Milford Sports Center understood the critical need to differentiate and highlight their competitive advantages, state of the art turf, multi-use facility including batting and pitching cages, indoor golf driving range and exercise studio and their sports clinics with professional instructors.

Their initial  website had good organic SEO but when visitors found the website they weren’t staying.  78% of the site visitors never went further than the page they landed on.  Unfortunately it was not because they were getting the information they needed.  The average time on the website was less than one minute with an average of 1 page viewed.  The site did not convey the professional image that the Milford Sports Center needed to convey to compete.

As as result of our redesign of the website their site now conveys their state of the art image. Their bounce rate has been drastically reduced to 33%.  The average visitor explores 3 pages of the website and spends just under 3 minutes on the website.

GBI-Avis a highly regarded manufacturer of modular homes and garages utilizes a marketing plan which included both tradition marketing (direct mailing, newspaper ads, television commercials) and internet marketing (website and search engine marketing).  Despite active marketing they were not seeing the expected expansion of their pipeline.  Their website analytics told the tale.  Their marketing efforts were driving visitors to their website but once they arrived they were not staying.  The average time spend on the website was just over one minute and the visits were not resulting in conversions.  

As a result of redesigned website their average time on site has increased to just over 5 minutes and their website has a very low bounce rate averaging just under 19%.  Visitor are now engaged by their website and take the time to explore the products and services they offer.
